Use Wordaic for free before AI ever runs.

Wordaic sits on the page you are already using. Start with free utility actions: capture a page, pick an area, save selected text, collect links, and organize research. Use AI when you need writing, translation, or voice.

Start in two minutes

Create an account, install the extension, then use the free browser toolkit before you ever need an AI action.

  1. Create or sign in to your Wordaic account.
  2. Install and pin the browser extension so the Wordaic icon stays visible beside the address bar.
  3. Open a page, click the Wordaic toolbar icon, then choose Open Wordaic on this page — or just right-click the page.

Open, move, or close the panel

Open the Ask Wordaic panel from the toolbar popup, the right-click menu, or Alt+W. It stays where you put it and stays open until you close it.

  1. Open it from the toolbar popup, by right-clicking the page or a text field, or with Alt+W.
  2. Drag the panel header to move it out of the way of what you are reading or writing.
  3. Close it with the ✕ button or the Escape key. Wordaic never closes it on you.

Collect research

Save useful snippets, links, notes, and screenshots into collections without losing your place on the page or spending AI capacity.

  2. Choose or create a collection.
  3. Collect selected text, the page link, a note, or a picked screenshot.

Write with preview

Draft supported comments and replies with structured page context. On unknown sites, use Compose so Wordaic does not guess the thread structure.

  1. Click into the field you want to write in.
  2. If Wordaic understands the platform structure, choose Comment or Reply. Otherwise choose Compose.
  3. Preview the result, refine it, then apply it to the field only when you are ready.

Use auto-correct

Wordaic watches active text fields, waits for a short typing pause, then shows targeted fixes you can apply one by one or all at once.

  1. Type naturally in a supported input or text area.
  2. Pause briefly so Wordaic can analyze the current text.
  3. Apply a single fix, apply all, dismiss the suggestion, or keep typing.

Capture screenshots

Use fast visible-area capture for what is already on screen, and long-capture fallback for larger page regions. Local saves are free.

  1. Choose Pick, visible screenshot, or full-page capture from the panel.
  2. Select the region or page you want to keep.
  3. Save locally for free, or save to a cloud collection when you want it synced.

Use the dashboard

The dashboard is the control center for collections, writing style, usage, billing, settings, and recent work.

  1. Open the dashboard after signing in.
  2. Manage collections, writing profiles, billing, and usage.
  3. Return to the extension when you want to work directly on a webpage.

Understand usage

Raw saving and local capture are part of the free toolkit. AI-assisted actions count against plan limits, while local and deterministic actions should not.

  1. Use the Usage page to track monthly allowances and capacity limits.
  2. Remember that local screenshots, picked areas, page links, notes, and selected text do not spend AI capacity.
  3. Upgrade when you need higher AI monthly limits, voice, or more cloud capacity.

Platform support

Comment and Reply appear only when Wordaic understands the page.

Compose is the universal fallback. It still writes useful text for the focused field, but it does not send a structured reply ladder unless the page is one of the supported platforms and the parser captures the post or target comment.

Usage clarity

Know what is free before you click.

The product should feel predictable. Many browser-extension jobs are free utility actions, while AI work is controlled by the plan limits you can see in the dashboard.

Safety model

Read actions answer. Write actions land in your field.

Translation, explanation, and simplification are read-only. Writing, correcting, filling, and replying put text into the field you chose, where you can edit or undo it. Wordaic should not submit, publish, purchase, delete, or send for you.
