What you're paying for, and when.
Credits are used when Wordaic runs AI with Wordaic-managed models. If you connect your own AI key, provider usage is billed by your AI provider instead, and Wordaic credits are not used for that generation.
Different features consume different amounts of credits. Short rewrites and grammar fixes are cheap. Long summaries, multi-page research, and voice transcription cost more — Wordaic estimates the cost before the call and settles the actual amount after.
You're not charged for failed provider calls. Free and coupon credits are spent before purchased credits.
