1. Purpose

Wordaic is meant to help people understand pages, collect research, draft writing, correct text, translate, and prepare form answers with review. This policy defines uses that are not allowed because they create legal, security, privacy, abuse, or platform risk.

2. Illegal, harmful, or abusive activity

  • Do not use Wordaic to violate laws, regulations, contracts, platform rules, or third-party rights.
  • Do not use Wordaic to threaten, harass, exploit, abuse, discriminate against, defame, or endanger people.
  • Do not use Wordaic to create malware, credential theft, phishing, scams, spam, deceptive outreach, fake engagement, or evasion of moderation systems.
  • Do not use Wordaic to facilitate weapons, self-harm, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or other dangerous activity.

3. Privacy and sensitive information

  • Do not collect, upload, process, or share personal information unless you have the right to do so.
  • Do not use Wordaic to scrape, dox, surveil, profile, or identify people in ways that violate privacy, law, or platform rules.
  • Do not upload secrets, passwords, payment card numbers, private keys, medical records, government identifiers, or highly sensitive data unless strictly necessary and authorized.
  • Do not use Wordaic to infer or target sensitive traits such as health, religion, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, political views, or union membership without a lawful basis.

4. AI output and high-impact use

  • Do not present AI output as human-written if that would deceive recipients, platforms, employers, clients, or regulators.
  • Do not rely on Wordaic as the sole source for legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, housing, education, lending, insurance, or other high-impact decisions.
  • Do not use Wordaic to impersonate people or organizations, fabricate credentials, fake references, generate false reviews, or misrepresent facts.
  • Review outputs before publishing, sending, applying to forms, or making decisions from them.

5. Automation and website respect

  • Do not use Wordaic to bypass website access controls, paywalls, robots restrictions, rate limits, anti-abuse controls, or technical protections.
  • Do not use Wordaic for bulk scraping, bulk account creation, unsolicited mass messaging, fake engagement, or automated submissions.
  • Do not try to force Wordaic to click submit, publish, purchase, delete, send, or similar irreversible controls.
  • Do not overload Wordaic, its providers, or third-party websites through excessive requests, concurrency, scripts, or coordinated abuse.

6. Filtering, rate limits, and service controls

  • Wordaic may use automated and manual filters to detect unsafe, illegal, abusive, spammy, deceptive, or otherwise unsupported requests.
  • Some requests may be refused, shortened, delayed, rate limited, or routed differently based on safety checks, provider rules, plan limits, feature limits, duplicate-action checks, abuse signals, or service capacity.
  • Do not try to evade content filters, moderation checks, rate limits, billing controls, plan limits, duplicate-action controls, browser-store rules, provider safeguards, or website protections.
  • Repeated blocked requests, suspicious traffic, excessive retries, scripted usage, or attempts to hide abuse may result in stricter limits, feature suspension, account review, or account termination.

7. Security and integrity

  • Do not probe, scan, attack, reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt Wordaic systems except through an authorized security program.
  • Do not attempt to extract Wordaic server credentials, model keys, internal prompts, private routes, or other confidential implementation details.
  • Do not bypass plan limits, billing controls, rate limits, MFA, admin controls, or usage accounting.
  • Do not resell, share, or pool accounts in a way that violates plan terms or undermines service integrity.

8. Enforcement

We may remove content, refuse requests, filter or block outputs, rate limit usage, reduce feature access, suspend features, disable accounts, terminate access, or contact law enforcement if we believe a violation has occurred or the service, users, websites, providers, or third parties are at risk.
